Q: What makes RHF so different?
A: We never promote quick-fix fitness programs or one-size-fits- all approaches. We know this is ineffective for long term success and we want you to have life-changing long term success.
No confusing or long learning curves. No lone ranger approaches. No more bouncing around with exercise and nutrition. Progress is inevitable if you put in the work.
For personal training, we try and customize your workout experience as much as we can within a semi-private setting for many people. For Burn30 Bootcamp we call it personal, group training.
We also set goals, pinpoint needs, and assess lifestyle. We dive into the why…why you want to do this.
We then plug you into a system that holds you accountable. This can lead to life-changing results, one habit at a time. The built in coaching will give you accountability and support every step of the way.
If you ever feel stuck, we are there to support you. If you put in the work you will be in the best shape of your life. You will have the skills and tools to stay that way.
Q: What kind of results can I expect with the training?
A: What is your goal? Weight loss? Build muscle? Increase activity? Improve energy? You tell us what you want, and we will help you get there. That is the RHF guarantee.
The training is top-notch. These are pro level routines that are compounded into an express workout (25-40 minutes) that are also joint friendly and transferable to everyday life.

Q: What is with the coaching and accountability?
A: Most people know what to do when it comes to becoming fit (to a degree), but they desire support.
Where people truly struggle is with consistency. Accountability breeds consistency. Consistency breeds learning. Learning breeds success.
Ever tried to do this stuff on your own? Were you the lone ranger at one time? Did it work out? Chances are probably no.

Q: I'm really busy. Can I do this? Should I wait until I am less busy?
A: Got 25-40 minutes? 30 minutes is 3% of your waking day.
Just about everybody is busy these days (this is why you need it even more). We have busy moms, overwhelmed students, and everyone in between on the RHF roster.
RHF designed this program to fit into your life. We meet you where you are and move from there. The method works on good or bad days. If you are busy or overwhelmed, this program is perfect for you. We all know there is never a "perfect time" to tackle the important things in life. And there will always be EXCUSES to put it off. The perfect time will never come.
Many people have taken the crucial first step, and then after that they just took it one day at a time, each day moving and growing. They were able to CHANGE mainly because they let change in. They avoided resistance. Many are now confident in their bodies and capable of doing things that eluded them.

Do I have to follow a specific nutrition plan? No, but we do give you boundaries and strategies.
How long will it take to see results? For lasting results you need about 60 days, but you can often feel and see changes within 21 days.
