We'll discuss nutrition strategies that fit your lifestyle (not restrictive diets), mindset techniques to keep you motivated, and design a realistic fitness roadmap that works with your schedule. This is where we set you up for long-term success - not just quick fixes.
3. Launch Your Custom Fitness Plan
Based on everything we've learned about you, we'll recommend the perfect continuation program from our RHF system - whether that's one-on-one training, small group sessions, or sport-specific training. The $60 you invest in Genesis gets credited toward your continuation plan, so you're not starting from scratch financially. You'll have complete clarity on next steps.
4. Accountability & Progress Tracking

You'll have direct access to me and the RHF system to track your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and stay motivated through the inevitable ups and downs.
